To say that I am satisfied with the choice of the Rixos hotel chain, no, the service is very lame, I specifically found out before booking at Rixos Golf whether it was possible to visit the Rixos Radamis Tirana hotel, to which they answered yes it is possible, only a free transfer is not provided. We decided that we would take a taxi on our own with 4 small children, since children are very bored at Rixos Golf. At first, yes, entry was allowed, and it was possible to use the territory, but on the last day of our departure, a girl Olga met us at Radamis, at first she asked to pay $ 300 in cash for visiting the hotel, after refusing, Olga kicked us out of the hotel with a rude attitude, saying that the concept changed 2 months ago and we do not have the right to visit Radamis without additional payment. The children were registered at the Rixy club for drawing that day, but the hotel does not care about vacationers or our interests of the children. I explained that we had an appointment with the children at the Rixy club, and we had already arrived, we were not notified in advance by letter that a visit was not possible, and just a week ago our mother vacationed here in Golf, and calmly visited Radamis, without restrictions. There are no restrictions to speak of 2 months ago, since my mother was in this hotel only a week ago, and all the vacationers around us confirmed that they were also told that they could visit Radamis. I said since we arrived, leave us for today, we have small children, to which I received a refusal. The vacation was ruined, and both me and the children were left with a bad feeling, because they didn’t understand why they couldn’t get to drawing at the Rixy children’s club. The youngest of my children had a fever, and instead of asking how we were doing, they wanted us to pay for the visit, Olga spoke to us very rudely, says that we are not their guests, we came from the street, she screamed and raised her voice on us. Created a view and noise around us.

Guys, if you want a high level of service, it’s better to go to Baron, or White hills, they treat their guests very respectfully, especially your children. I do not recommend Rixos to anyone in Sharm El Sheikh. The service is not up to par unfortunately. Will I come back here again, definitely not, will I recommend it to anyone, definitely not. It's a shame that I chose this particular hotel chain. In general, there are many disadvantages, a complete mess, there is no feeling of comfort in this hotel. The attitude is very rude. Rixos works on quantity, but not on quality.
