Delphin Imperial in 2024
It was my 6th stay at the hotel from May 13 to May 24, room 7042. Everything was, as always, at a high level. The advantage of the hotel is, of course, the excellent staff, everywhere - in the bars, restaurants, coffee house. I especially wanted to mention the guest relation staff, Venera and Violeta, for their sensitive attitude and help in answering and resolving my questions. Fatima at the reception was very attentive, caring and always friendly. Every time after cleaning the room, the housekeeper left an interesting arrangement of towels. Among the shortcomings of the hotel, I would like to note the outdated of the rooms, which is noticeable and from my point of view is not acceptable for 5 star hotel.
