Check-in: Room replacement is problematic, administrators do not want to change rooms even for an additional fee. Politely, but they refuse. The first room had a view of the wall and stairs. As a result, they changed it.
The logistics in restaurants are not convenient: there is food and there seems to be enough of everything, but everything is scattered in illogical zones.
The hotel from the Albatross chain is too publicized. But it loses out to others from this network in terms of service in terms of reception work. The most unpleasant thing was when checking in: I am a frequent guest of the chain's hotels and I have never had to get a room replacement like this time. It was humiliating. I'm unlikely to choose a hotel next time Aqua Blu It will be another hotel from the Albatross chain. In general, the hotel is not bad, you can relax, but there is something to compare it with.
