Another wonderful holiday at Sierra Sharm Hotel
On this our second stay at Sierra sharm, My birthday was made extra special by the excellent restaurant team. Particularly head waiter Mamdouh who looked after us for the whole 10 days with such care & attention. Our chef Ayman who presented me with a delicious celebration cake. The food is of incredibly high standard & the all-inclusive package is the highest quality we have experienced.
I would like to congratulate the hotel management & thank all the staff for yet another incredible stay at Sierra Sharm. For the warm welcome by all. The Animation team were lovely, even though they were a small team, they worked hard to provide fun & entertainment for all. The hotel itself is very accessible & easy to navigate, even with a wheelchair.
Our rooms were very comfortable & incredibly clean, with the best housekeeping we could ask for in Ayman Elsayed, who made extra special effort also on my birthday with decoration of my bed. All the staff from reception welcome to gardening & maintenance staff were always cheerful, polite & most helpful. I cannot fault any area of the hotel. We always feel very safe in Sharm & the location of the hotel is ideally situated right on Soho Square. There is something for everyone, of all ages. In particular the Egyptian hospitality is what makes our holiday here so special. We look forward to staying at Sierra again.
