I'll just say wow!
From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff with a welcome drink. The room we got was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the pool. We were delighted with the selection of food and drinks, and the only downside is that we came back home with a few extra kilos haha 🙂 Since we were there for 10 days, we also had a free a la carte dinner at their Italian restaurant which was delicious and the waiter Abd El Wahed who was in charge of us was so kind and wonderful that we felt like royalty.
All hotel staff are very pleasant and very helpful for everything you need (from room, beach, excursions, things you want to know about egypt, hurghada, where and what to buy, how to pay....). I also have to commend the lovely Mark from reception who was so kind and very helpful with everything we needed. Amazing people work at this hotel! 😊
The hotel pool is very good with a bar that serves a large selection of cocktails and drinks where it was always good fun. We were more for the beach, which is a few minutes away. The beach has fine sand, and the sea is clean and of a beautiful blue-green color. We really enjoyed every day. Also the staff at the beach are friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel, and we heartily recommend it.
It was our first time in this hotel, but certainly not the last 🙂 Thank you for everything!
