Everything is good
Everything has been wonderful since we arrived. Our rooms are very clean and tidy. Lots of room for us all.
Clean towels every day and beds made
The pool has been wonderful the bar man and lifeguard are wonderful, very helpful we never have to move for drinks or put out towels. The only thing is not enough sunbeds we have struggled at times. The snorkeling is great, we have been to sharm 4 times and this is the best snorkeling experience we have had.
We stopped in the sunrise diamond before both hotels are wonderful.
Entertainment team are good although we don't really get involved much with it like to do out own thing. Reception team always helpful.
Sun ray bar a little slow.
The food has been fantastic, we've tried a fe different foods and all have been really nice. The restaurant staff are always helpful and on hand to assist with finding us a table, getting us drinks and clearing away plates.
