big hotel with bad service and not well trained stuff
i was in the hotel with my husband and the check in was not simple , i went to a rusty room with old twin bed and rusty bathroom i asked the man in the reception to help me to change the room with a king bed with sea view and he told me that it will cost me money for changing the room and he told me 30 dollars to change the room
he came to my room later and showed me the other room and take 30 $ from me
it was a bad experience from this situation
the hotel need more to be 5 star hotel and they need to get another staff to give a good service
i live in UK and i was in many hotels before but this hotel is different
i am very upset from what happen in my vacation
