I am totally recommend this hotel. It's locates in beautiful places, nearby Oceanarium, Aquarium, beautiful marina and park. The Hotel looks elegant and quiet. The room is big, clean and very suitable. The swimming pool was great and comfortable, beach was also comfortable, sea was great but slightly cold in February. The hotel staff was very qualified, speak good English.

During my visit I have an accident on the beach with my mom, she fell out of the blue while entering the sea, awkwardly turned her foot on the sand in a slipper. And the staff helps me very much in this occasion! They helped me to transfer her from the beach to the ambulance. And after that they informed about this accident General Manager Hadi Ali. General Manager and the staff of the hotel helped me much with this, they offered a free hotel car to and from the hospital and meals for my mom, if is needed! And every day they helped and supported morally, and this was very important for me in such a difficult situation. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly the names of the staff in order to express my gratitude personally, but I want to thank:

1. I don't really know, what is his post really is, but he wears a dark beige uniform, for his help for my mom on the beach and after that during all my accommodation and fo his compassion to my situation.

2. General manager Ali Hadi for his compassion and for really invaluable help.

3. The staff on reception, they always good, helped me in many things, and did it professionally.

4.Administration of the hotel, which really cared for my needs.

5. The driver of the hotel, who helped me transfer to the hospital.

6. The staff of the restaurant of the hotel, who prepared the food for my mom

7. Lady on the towel counter, who concerns about me and have a great sense of humor.

8.All gentlemem, who helped me with X-ray pictures.
