We came on holiday for a birthday. Always in all hotels during breakfast, the staff of the hotel congratulated the birthday boy with others, they sang, danced, played instruments, all the hotel guests filmed on their phones, clapped. Or at any other time they brought champagne and fruit to the room. Here for your birthday, nobody gives a shit. Toward evening, we decided to find out if it was possible to receive some kind of compliment from the hotel on the occasion of the birthday, the director of our travel agency also wrote to the official mail of the hotel, to which we received the answer: No, our hotel does not make any compliments. This is the first time we've encountered this! What kind of individual approach to each guest does the official account of the hotel write about?

1. In the tradivisor in the equipment of the room it is written that there is soundproofing of the rooms. We were given deluxe room number 332 with a king-size bed. The room has a double wooden door. One part of the door opens from 332 rooms, the other from 333. There is no soundproofing between them. We went to bed at 22, at midnight the Chinese came into the next room and started talking on the phone, washing in the shower, and even the movement of the washcloth over the body was clearly audible. Also, any steps, conversations and screams in the corridor are clearly audible. What soundproofing is the hotel talking about?

2. Unreasonably expensive menu like in premium restaurants. For example, pizza costs 450 baht, cocktails 250 baht, cola 90 baht (in a nearby store this costs 16). Deception.

3. There is an umbrella and slippers, but no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, strange. Other hotels provided toothpaste.

4. In other hotels, a lifeguard looks after people in the pool during the day, and at night it is allowed to swim at your own risk. Here in the daytime, in principle, there are no lifeguards and you swim at your own risk, and after 8 pm it is forbidden to swim. Why? Complete nonsense!

5. It was forbidden to carry sun loungers, where there are sun loungers there is no sun, the sun illuminates only the opposite narrow edge of the pool with a width of a meter. Sunbathing will not work.

6. You can’t smoke on the balconies and, in principle, there are a lot of prohibitions, on each wall there is a sign what you can’t do. It’s scary to throw a ball in the pool, all of a sudden we’ll break some rules too.
