Terrible hotel, if you are not german pensioner. Ratio of personal is atrocity. Knowledge of English language is absense. Staff like Muammer (whritten by him) doesn’t understand english except words: my friend, good, tomorrow. And this men works at night alone, because he couldn’t understand and explain what we must do. Even few days later, this man gust called his partner for help.
Unfortunately, there is no personal, who understand international language.
Everything else is good. Hotel is nice to stay, but not for a long time.
