We stayed at Giftun Azur Resort Hotel from 10.09 to 23.09.22. It was the first vacation in three years of the pandemic and the first time in Egypt since 2013, although we had vacation in Egypt almost every year since 2001.

I would like to start my feedback with a huge thanks.

A special big thanks to Mr. Tarek, the hotel manager, for solving absolutely all issues, and a special thank for the birthday cake! And also many thanks to Elena and Laura, who work on the Guest Relation reception. These people were always ready to help, were as attentive to our problems as possible and solved them quickly, which was very surprising for us. This is not always the case and not in all hotels.

Next, a review of the hotel.

The hotel is located on the first sea line, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is very convenient and the sea is clean.

The territory of the hotel is large, green and very well maintained. Gardeners trim bushes and palm trees every day, take care of the territory. In the evening, the territory is treated from insects, which is very important.

The food is excellent: everything is very tasty, a large selection of dishes and fruit.

The animation is unobtrusive, while there is always something for those who want to participate. There is a good music choice on the beach every day, we were pleasantly surprised. And thanks again to the animators for their musical taste. There is live music in the evenings at the hotel.

There is a new building with a sea view. And single-storey bungalows - despite the fact that the rooms are old and there were some problems from time to time, they were solved promptly, which is very important.

Thanks to the lifeguards by the pool and at the sea. They really do oversee what is happening around and help holidaymakers. After having seen how they do their work, it became clear why lifeguards are needed and how they should work.

We definitely recommend this hotel!
