Good afternoon! I am currently in this hotel. We stopped by on September 22. We settled in quickly, taking into account that we arrived at 21.00. We put on bracelets and no one explained anything. It is not clear where the restaurant, bar, beach is located. They found out everything themselves. On arrival, they didn't even offer water! The rooms are cleaned badly! On the third day, the bed linen was never changed and the floors were not washed! Only after contacting the reception decided to change the linen, but did not even apologize! There are not enough sunbeds anywhere! Everyone is occupied at 8.00, and they themselves are not on the sun beds. The administration does not follow this! There are no waiters on the beach at all, dirty dishes are not removed from the tables at all! Empty plastic cups are lying all over the beach! From the pros: very tasty and varied food, there is meat, fish products. There are always tables available. Compact territory. Nice pools. I've been to different hotels in Turkey, but it's not 5! The attitude is terrible!!!
