I was looking for a budget option according to reviews of many sites like tophotels, turpravda etc. In Turpravda, this hotel had average reviews but good for 4 stars in this region, just food and location were excellent (this was the decisive moment).

The admin guy Dony is good, he always tried to solve problems and he is the only one in the hotel who knows good Russian/English, I do not envy him, listen to a lot of negativity from all visitors.

Poor appearance that spoils the impression from the entrance/reception,

unsanitary conditions on private beach and there is dirt around the pool,

The coffee machine only worked in the bar and then every other time,Sometimes disposable tableware.

In the room, No free wifi, you can pay 10$ for password and it’s working just on 1 device and you can have bad connection if you stay far away from reception, dirty towels, smelling very unpleasant, supposedly washed,

Towels cost 3$, if you arrived in the morning you can pay 20$ to get room or you must stay until 12-14 depending their mood,

If you get econom (promo) room which are on underground floor, forget about cleaning and quietly, cos you can hear in bathroom you neighbors due to ventilation grilles,

There is no refrigerator in the rooms either, and the last one but very important things, you have hot water just from 9 to 18-19, depends how many people take shower in the same time.

In general, an economy trio, it’s not terrible, but think twice before you choose this hotel.
