Hi there! Let me tell you a story about our vacation in Marty Mira hotel.

+ Great, large and green territory

That's all of positive moments)

- Staff. Absolutely inhumanity. Especially on reception zone and doctor. We had an accident with a wild cat at hotel territory. My daughter had been bitten by one of the cats, whose walking on hotel territory (there are a lot of cats). We didn't know what to do. We went to the reception at first and explain what happened. They call a doctor (hotel has their own doctor's cabinet, but it works only till 6 p.m.) And then showed us a direction where we need to go to find a doctor. OK. We met doctor. But he didn't speak English at all. He called a woman who knows Russian to be a translator for us. OK. But all that he had done - just anointed the bite site with iodine. We asked about anti rabies vaccine - the answer was - If you want you may call you insurance company, there is no more my business... When we asked staff on reception about any hospital where we could find anti rabies vaccine - answer was the same

"It is not our business" - call your insurance company. At the end we had a quest to find a hospital, to find how to get there and how to explain medical staff what happened (physicians in hospital don't know English too). And all this at your own expense. No one of hotel's staff helped us. And no one asked us about how is going....

-Dirt. When I have seen a carpet in the room - all I could say - Oh my god. I don't know why it (carpet) is necessary in hotel room. But you wish not to stand on it. Try to imagine when you stay with children (especially very young kids). It's a huge problem. We stayed for 13 nights and nobody cleaned this carpet.

- Sea. If you want to swim - take a special shoes. Otherwise you will hurt your feet trying to enter in the sea (painfully stones). Yeap, there are maybe three or four special roads (bags with sand), but just FOUR for all hotel. "Sand beaches" it is not about this hotel. Aware of small fishes whose could bit you in the water. It doesn't hurts, but very surprising!

- Food and drinks. On one hand - there are a lot of meals. On the other - there are nothing to eat. Why? -Absolutely tasteless food. "Fish days" - total disaster. I don't know how they could waste so much seafood. Free alcohol (whiskey, cognac, vodka) - no-named brands. All branded - for additional paying.
