disgusting!
I am on a business trip to Saint Petersburg. I frequently visit Saint Petersburg and always stay in this hotel (Griboedov Canal 166). Unfortunately, this time I had the worst experience of living in hotels I’ve ever had.
I was waiting for 30 minutes to check in, the person reception was very very rude and really lil-mannered. By the way I stay in a suite.
After I got my key and went upstairs I realized that my room key doesn’t work. When I asked staff for help all I got was “f*ck off” from Sergey. I can’t tell how disappointed I am with all this. I still can’t believe they told me that. So I asked them to find a hotel manager and found out he is out of hotel right now. This is so unacceptable to me!!! The hotel manager is out the workplace! On Wednesday afternoon!!! I still got no apologies! Still got not even a call from him!
This is the worst service I ever had in my life. I am so freaking upset and disappointed with this hotel and will never come back. This is disgusting.
