IT DOESN'T GET WORSE
Almost all the reception managers were not competent, they could not answer a simple question without calling someone from the management.
Most of the hotel guests did not have the bracelets, which permitted to open the gate from the beach to the pool area, people had to scream in order to ask those inside to open the gate. The hotel receptionists did not even inform the guests about the presence of such bracelets.
Information that gives the front desk can not be trusted. One manager cancels what another one said or did. - One manager offered the free late check out (although he was not asked for a free service). The next day , another receptionist canceled this late check out and forced us to pack the luggage urgently and made to leave the room in a short time.
At the time of check in the front desk receptionist said that it would be necessary to pay additionally the so-called "resort fee" for the amount of about $ 30 per day/or night (regarding which CANCELON aggregator did not inform when booking). But in fact we were charged the resort fee for the sum of not $ 30, but - of $ 45 per night each person.
Generally I do not recommend booking via CANCELON Internet aggregator (the American daughter company of TRIVAGO). They shows different cost of stay compared with those which hotel charges, and if ask "why" are not responsible, so the bad surprise will await a guest, when he will pay his final payment to hotel .
