I'm gonna write long :) Be patient if you are really interested :)

Sentido is the best place for those who are looking for a calm, relaxing place with a good classical music.

Let's start from Check-In .

-Reception Staff was very welcoming and polite, while our room would be ready they offered cold juices and to have a lunch as we arrived at 14.00 .

Room was clean and decent , the main minus of room was the poor lightening and air conditioner's noise. Room service was so so. They weren't changing the towels everyday , but if you ask they'll help you with anything you need . They even gave anti mosquito spray)

-The territory of hotel was so big that we did't feel a need to go for a walk somewhere else ) It's a huge place,very clean, well-groomed with beautiful nature. What I liked the most , is that there are Quite Zones 16+ both in main restaurant and pool area.

-There are over 13 pools in Sentido's area , all are very clean , very calm. Kids will never disturb you there :)

-If you think to go to SPA you better go the one in hotel area than take what tour managers offer,

-Beach was quite big , area was very clean. Though it looked crowded over the pics , but it was quite free during our stay (September 7-14). Staff is very attentive , always offering cold drinks.

Sea is AMAZING, so clean , so warm , so salty .Reef is soo beautiful. Beach wasn't much rocky, first 10-15 meters are sandy. which is very comfortable for kids.

Have to mention that there are 2 hotels in area, Sentido Reef Oasis Senses 5* and Reef Oasis Beach 4* , Food for both hotels is the same , the main differences that we noticed is that Reef Oasis Beach 4* is for those who like active leisure, they always organize entertainments, have live music , dancing , Italian / Russian theaters , place to watch football matches , and yes 85 % of Reef Oasis Beach guests are ITALIANS :) In other words , if you get bored in Sentido you can go and have fun in other hotel's area, you can use their pools, restaurants, bars, beach area,) BUT Reef Oasis Beach 4* guests can not use any of yours :)

-Food was tasty, especially chicken, cheescake and grape ))

And finally STAFF

- STAFF was excellent! they can't do better for you, always ready to help, smiley, very polite, very loyal. Don't have No for anything you ask for.

Special Thanks to Mr. Reda (Mo's manager) he was super polite, so welcoming, so helpful, so attentive to details always ready to help, starting from fixing the tables , bringing you juice and offering herbs if you don't feel good , let's not forget he was the Manager :)

Also special thanks to MO's waiter Atef who was so kind and helpful and the whole Sentido Staff . They are excellent!

Thank you All for making our rest so unforgettable. It was 100% relax.
