We liked The Ivana Palace because :The breakfast was a big improvement from before.It's a very clean hotel.Very polite staff.Good selection of drinks.Had Enough sun loungers to go round( during September anyway )......................We least enjoyed :The pool music was mostly " boom boom " music or 80s 90s club dance .....or rap ( with swearing ).Bearing in mind most people at the pool during this time were aged over 60 .Only a during small slot in the afternoon was 1960s & 1970 s pop , soul , & rock played.Then back to boom boom.The pool staff seem to be playing the music mix to please themselves.Your previous pool bar manager had the music mix just right with slot times for all ages.The WiFi is a very weak signal.Signs in the corridors for early morning revellers returning to keep their noise level down & respect your sleeping customers , including the sleeping children , would be most welcome, & raise the standard of The Ivana Palace.
