Sierra Sharm El Sheikh 5*

Once again they decided to spend our holiday in Egypt, in our favorite hotel Sierra. And we were happy! We were satisfied with the service, food, with the attitude of the staff to us as to regular guests.

We were checked into our favorite room, many thanks for this to Gayed, Arsany and Mina from reception. Once again - special thanks to Anton.

Emad concierge was helpful.

The breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant was always delicious - thanks to the whole staff members of the restaurant, especially Mr. Karam – restaurants manager and Ezz. Also special thanks to Mr Karam, who did his best to organize celebration of my birthday with my family and Ukraine friends in main restaurant 17.07.2019.

Also I would like to say thanks to Aya, Rashwan, Abdullah who served us very well at the breakfast and at the lunch.

Bus to the beach was very comfortable thanks to Moonir and M.Tahoon.

Special thanks to Hany from Lobby bar, also to Khaled and Sameh from Beach bar - they was so kind!

We dined in Restaurant Akuna Matata, where we were perfectly met by Zaki and Ahmed.

Also I want to say thank to all lifeguards on the beach, especial Ayman Hassan – he showed to us fish Napoleon and my children was so happy with this. Rafael, Mohammed Adel, Talaat Raheem, Hassan Mahmoud, Fathy Farouk, Ahmed Mohamed – all of them was so kind and helpful, thanks for that to El-Sayed Fawzy and – their Senior supervisor.

Thanks to staff members of skating-rink on Soho Square- thanks to Agaiby Goargy, Akram. Thanks for that to Mr. Girgis – their manager.

Also we had dinner at restaurant Stake house where were served very well by Mr.Sherif Ramzy and Nouhan Hamdy.

I would like to recommend this hotel, because our holiday in Sierra was wonderful.
