We have arrived to the hotel at 3pm and the room was not ready. We have been waiting for the room for 2 hours and received the key only at 5pm. They promised that it would be ready soon and later the receptionist that I had been talking just left the duty and I had to start everything from the beginning with the new one, receiving those stupid promises.

They promised at the reception that the room will be ready in 1h, but when we came back, it wasn’t, and the staff was just ignoring us about 1h. I think it is unacceptable that they can’t even guarantee their check-in time. I had one of the suites booked at the hotel. At 5pm I left the hotel and and went to stay at the next hotel. The manager Victor could not do anything and just asked me to calm down.
