As a result, we will never go in this hotel again. Yes, it has good location, but service and staff are disgusting
We have been in this hotel two times.
First time we had been in the end of April 2018 and despite some misunderstanding during check out we decided to visit this hotel second time. We are really likes hotel’s location.
Back in 2018 during check out hotel’s administration tried to take extra fees from us for the minibar. However, all staff was on its place. We have asked the administration for rechecking room. Few minutes later administration said then everything is ok and all staff from minibar was on its place.
This time we went in this hotel in the end of April, 2019. During our holidays we are permanently have had a problem with the electronic key. It’s simply didn’t work. Three days we have asked reprogramming the key from our room. Every time we went in our room and key didn’t work, we went to the reception for reprogramming, but key again didn’t work. Sometime we were walking up to four times between our room on the eight floor and the reception. It was quite annoying.
During our check-out the hotel’s staff declared that some towels was missed and we must pay for it. After rechecking the room, the hotel’s staff have changed their minds and declared that towels on its place, but dirty and they can’t wash it. Within 5 minutes the are decided that towels unwashable. They are even didn’t try to wash or clean it up. Since we were almost late on our plane and arguing were almost impossible, we simply have paid extra 250 dirham for three old towels and left the hotel dissatisfied.
As a result, we will never go in this hotel again. Yes, it has good location, but service and staff are disgusting.
