We stayed in room 401, March 8-16, 2019
The only maintenance problem was the lack of cold water in the morning and the lack of hot water in the evening.
All in all our rating could be 4* but the main problem happend while we were leaving the hotel.
We had two suitcases in our luggage and when our transfer to the airport arrived to pick us up we were intend to load them to the car by ourselves. But hotels bellboy insisted that he will do it himself instead of us. In the middle of our three hours trip to the airport we got a call from the hotel telling us that one of our cases was not loaded and is still in the hotel. As the the airport is quite far from the hotel we had no time to go back to pick it up.
The hotel management not only refused to try to deliver the lugagge to the airport after us but also did not admit it was the fault of their staff(which is clearly theirs).
Now we have to fly away as if we do not we willl lose the flight tickets(and therefore money). The hotel is not going to do anything about this situation. All that they say that we may go back to them to pick up our lugagge by ourselves or ask our friends to pick up and deliver. At this point we clearly have no clue what to do further and how to obtain our belongings or at least how to properly talk to the management to convince them to do at least anything helping us on this problem.
