Felt offended and discriminated
We were staying in the Rixos just after new year. Rooms were okay, but the service made feel really discriminated. Firstly, the staff of reception. Mark, if i’m nor mistaking, let himself ambiguously discuss my parent with another staff member by telephone in front of me and my sister. This was absolutely unacceptable, I guess he did not know we speak English. Secondly, some staff were asking for commenting them positively on this site. But the thing is that, I’ve almost never seen them there. The staff from lobby, Jade asked me 3 times to comment her here. I would like to, but I’ve been seeing her for the first time. The service in restaurant is the third. They never actually served for us. We never had tissues on our table, and we had to look for them. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel, unless they will improve service and make some changes in staff.
