Jie Jie Beach by Jetwing 5*

It was the worst trip I have ever made. Everything was awful from the very beginning. We were taken to the hotel by a bus which took 3:40 hours. (But there is a highway, choosing this road it will take 40 minutes) We arrived at the hotel and our room was not ready. We waited for 4 hours (my 9-year-old daughter was with us, and she wanted to have a rest after 8 hours flight). The Reception even tried to change our sea view room to garden view, but we insisted. The buffet was the poorest I have ever seen. The whole hotel wasn't clean. You could see wandering dogs (5-7) on the beach and outside were people were having dinner. When you say the waiter he will come and simply pour water on them, but they were back after a moment. There were a lot of Chinese people in this hotel. And they are usually very noisy. And there was a railway just in front of the hotel and every time you could hear the awful noise. No furniture in the balcony. No fruits in the morning. They brought bathrobes only after being asked. As for usual 5-star hotels provide these all. It was very difficult to find a good and clean restaurant outside. If you ask something in the reception they won't help you. All the taxi and tuk-tuk drivers try to deceive you. It isn't a 5-star hotel. I shall generously give only 3 stars. Choose another hotel not to be disappointed.
