Our stay at Rixos was an excellent break. We were given one of the rooms in the hotel that overlooked the ocean very relaxing atmosphere thanks to Dhally (front desks). Gorgeous room with fabulous view, our room was beyond expectations but the best was the staff. I particulary thank Geraldine at Aja, what a gracious and knowledgeable hostess. Upen, the manager who we observed that works really hard ensuring if everyone's having a nice meal & the very charming Christopher always wearing his sweetest smile, taking orders with pose:) Raymund (telephone operator) very helpful. We had lunch at seven heights selection and quality of foods was great, thanks to Ahmet Sous Chef who personally assist our needs & Chef Bayram. Rafael & Jefferson at pool bar, Wangbo, beach bar & Manisha cigar bar. Colleen, Junaid, Julia & Saurav was very helpful in making several reservations. Anna Cail came along her way to say hello. And not to forget to mentioned the talented Hassan the artist of Rixos who did a really great job with photo portrait. Everyone is very thoughtful & caring to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. Dependra and Arshad made everything go smoothly from when we arrived and departed. Our plans are to return as often as possible. Highly recommended!
