Испорчен отдых !
Пишу отзыв по прилету ! Ждали до конца отдыха решения! От отеля или тур фирмы! Ничего не предприняли! В номере из сейфа УКРАЛИ 200$ вытащили из кошелька ! И всем пофиг! Просто отношения персонала ужасное ! Отзывы все 5 балов чушь! Если вы хотите чтоб вас обокрали то вам в этот Отель !

Please accept our deep apologize that our service not reach to your expectation due to we can not provide free accommodation and meal for 2 days to you but we have tried our best to you by recheck CCTV ( Nobody open your room while you went out) and your safe box are the same password and still can use we do contact your travel agency to explains that if hotel staff open your safe by key( keep in front office safe box) the password will automatic cancel. we can provide you as transportation to police station. But you not accept to go. we are really sorry for this situation that we can not prove the truth too.

As per our conversation since you informed me about lost money in the safe box i do explains to you our safe box can open only 2 ways 1. by Key 2. By password . And i tried to prove by go to police station with you to make report and check finger print on safe box but you do not accept due to not trust the police. Sorry once again for inconvenience case we have tried our best already.
