Horrible attitude and lies about YOUR booked rooms
Currently we're in the hotel, arrived 22.10.
When we arrived and went to the reception for check-in, we received answer that there are no available standart rooms(which we had booked and paid). As an option they were tried to gave us bungalow rooms(which are cheaper and in worst condition than standards rooms) and said that on the next day they would try to find our type rooms. I had read about such cases and the adwice was to push the manager untill desire results because the for sure need to have booked rooms but just sell them for a bribe to people from another type of rooms. Also we was with two small childrens(9 month and 1year 11month) so in our situation its not an option each day move to different location. But wat is the most importand before vacation we had searched hotels with nessesary conditions and paid greater price for the rooms.
After 40min of arguing and tryings to give us instead of 2 rooms(for me, my wife and 2 kids and our parents - 4 grown and 2 childrens in sum) give us one 3-person type room, finally manager came and what a mirracle one standart room appears.
So the first night we spent in standart room(the condition of this room is very bad, on my personal opinion max 2stars, but it would be the topic of another review) and our parents in bungalow room(with 100% sure from the manager that it's just for one night).
Today when we came to the reception in appointed time to get the supposed room type for our parrents - appears that in one free room is broken window so they can't give the room(onse again this type of room was paid) but day before we had been shure that would be a lot of free rooms because a lot of people would move out.
So the current situation is that we're in standart room with the horrible condition and our parents in bungalow room(condition is not better from ours but at least for them it's not a big issue as for us with small kids).
P.S.: Our tour agent replied via messanger to us that our rooms for sure had to wait us from the beginning and she tried to contact with hotel manager for explanation of such situation but cerrently with no luck.
