Very bad
The hotel is totally old. The service is terrible. Nobody speaks English. Nobody speaks Russian too. The food is the same all the time. The hotel staff changed the towels 3 times during 10 days. Totally awful.
One good thing is sea.

First of all, thank you for choosing us and taking your valuable time to share your experience here. We really regret that we could not fulfill your expectations.
All the issues you have mentioned have been shared with concerned departments. Skill of English language will be evaluated carefully. All reception, guest relation and some staff of another departments speak russian perfectly. Cleanliness and food are the most delicate matters for us and we promise to take necessary precautions very quickly.
