Rest in the "palace"

The hotel made a controversial impression ... Large territory, security, parking, lots of greenery, swimming pools, fountains, large terrace. So what is next.....

Employees at the reception desk are extremely slow, and when you turn occasionally pretend that they do not hear and do not understand foreign languages. The population is stretched in time, as maids do not have time to clean. Unfortunately, they prefer the clients of the Arabian appearance and do not need to deny it! In the corridors of the hotel often an unpleasant smell, apparently due to the old carpet. Room cleaning is mediocre. For several days there was no footcloth in the room. Dispensers for soap are empty, instead of them small disposable bottles. The ceilings in the bathroom are covered with mildew. The refrigerator practically does not cool the food and drinks put in it. The sockets in the rooms are very small. There are no music channels in TV. The Internet in the far corridors is practically not caught.

            The beach is well maintained, clean, but there are not enough chaise lounges and the place has to be occupied in the early morning.

           Evening animation is monotonous, but the guys are trying !!! They need an active director and choreographer. Breakdances are very cool !!! Yoga, gymnastics, sports games - excellent.

           The guys in the American bar, hookah and bar near the beach, thank you very much, you are the best! The choice of drinks and cocktails is decent.

          Restaurant .... queues for food, strange interruptions for service, periodically dirty dishes and tablecloths, flies. There is a toaster, but there is no bread for toast. There is not enough cutlery, paper napkins and salt !!! Waiters in front of your nose take their glasses, and even on the "all inclusive" system, without a tip they do not serve glasses or drinks, and when you turn, as if they do not notice you or are very busy with work! Worse than the service, we did not meet, and so the desire to return to this hotel is almost none. Sadly ....
