What's wrong
Non-smoking policy at the hotel at large posted on the entrence door of the restaurant is not adherred to. People smoke on the terrance next to their own and my kids. It's disgusting!
The canteen is overcrowded at lunchtime, hard to find a table. You keep bumping on the guests at the buffet.
You may see tables for up 10 persons "booked" for up to 15 min with no other tables available.
The staff does not speak proper english.
The staff is not always friendly as you see by some of the faces when you ask for a service.
The widely publicied policy banning of booking sunbeds (dropping hotel towels on them) is not adherred to.
The gym opens at 9am!
No hairdressers on the site.
