Our review is based on a stay of one week which we believe to be ample time to give a fair review of the hotel. Upon arrival, you experience the five star service that the hotel is renowned for. As you enter the doors, doormen assist you with your bags and reception greet you with a smile and an introduction to the variety of services available to you in the all inclusive package. This five star service extends to all areas of the hotel, especially the dining experience. We spent many dinners at the Italian restaurant, L’Olivio, which alternates between Italian and Thai. When dining here, be sure to ask for Sangram as your server, he was attentive, friendly and put the smile in service with a smile. As my son said, he operates like a well oiled machine and the restaurant would not be functioning without him as its backbone. Seven Heights is the buffet and where most of the guests have breakfast being the largest “restaurant”. With the restaurant being so large, each sub section is allocated with several servers. One particular server stood out for us, which we thought would be worth commending, Suraj. Suraj ensured our glasses were always full, the food was piping hot and kept a smile on his face throughout. There are two large pools that are available to guests, one being the family pool that is welcome to all, and the other being the adult pool that permit guests over the age of 18 years due to the reduction of noise. The “adult” pool bar is manned by two very capable men, Umesh and Ramsharan. Both of which ensure that drinks are made quickly and to the best of their ability as well as partaking in light hearted conversation to get to know their guests. Our stay in this hotel was enjoyable but for those who go that extra mile for the guests and their stay, it is worth mentioning.
