Sierra Sharm El Sheikh 5*

We decided to spend this our summer vacation in our favorite hotel Sierra in Sharm for 15 days. Since my husband could not stay all 15 days, he was with us at the hotel for only 7 days, so last 8 days I rested with 3 children. During my stay at the hotel, I did not have any problems, because all the hotel staff cared about us as the closest people and friends. I did not regret, that I chose this hotel again, bcs its really wonderful hotel, it is a great place for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. It is great for the children also as everyone is so kind to them, we have visited this hotel many times and every time it just gets better. All of the staff are perfect, they are so friendly and helpful, we made lots of friends here over the past few years all around the hotel.

Immediately upon arrival we were checked into a nice, clean room, many thanks for this reception, especially Anton was very kind with us. The rooms was so nice, they had great furniture and are cleaned with new bed covers and towels every day thank to the housekeeping.

Bus to the beach all time very comfortable thanks to driver Mohammed Tahoon.

This time during our rest at the hotel was my birthday. All staff of the main restaurant did their best that we celebrated my birthday in the best way. The table was decorated with balls, the cake was very tasty, the service was magnificent. The food was delicious thanks to the amazing chefs. Thanks for the managers of the restaurant Emad and Karam, who organized this party for me.

After the celebration in the main restaurant, we continued to celebrate in the English pub of Queen Victoria, where we were very well received by Welson Fayek and was serve by Mohammed Ahmed.

Each time, Louis Samir – ass.manager in main restaurant was especially kind with my family and this time he was the best. Thanks to Louis Samir for the super service! Also I would like to say thanks Wael, Rashwan and Abdulla.

During the entire stay on the beach and on territory of the swimming pool, all Lifeguards were very attentive to us. All of them followed the order and guaranteed for safety. My children swim well, even my youngest daughter, who is 3 years old. But still the sea is the sea. Therefore, helps to the Lifeguards, with my children there were no accidents. I want to say thanks to Mohammed Adel, Talaat Raheem, Ayman Hassan, Hassan Mahmoud, Khaled Rabee, Ahmed Ossama, Fathy Farouk, Ahmed Mohamed Noor, Samuel Moner, Raied Ali. Special thanks to El-Sayed Fawzy – their Senior supervisor.

Sometimes we went to the jetty of the hotel Savoy, where the lifeguard Hamdy was very kind and attentive, always was responsive. Thank Hamdy and the other Savoy hotel lifeguard.

The waiter of the pool bar Mina was always very cheerful and Fast.

All stuff members of Pizza bar Andiamo snacks corner was very kind: Amgad Fayez, Mahmoud Ramadan, Mohammed El-Saied, Hasanin Ahmed, Ayman Abdallah.

The animation team is perfect, they are all so fun and active all day long on the beach, pool, and kids club, they have different shows every night to keep you entertained after the kids mini disco, and then off to their daily discos. Thanks to Izzie, Oscar, Elina, Marven, Zizo, Angelina, Fares and Raouf.

In the evening after the show, we with children rested in the lobby bar. The bar men make great drinks and cocktails for us anytime we want. Especially many thanks to Hany and Mina!

Overall its the best hotel for anyone to visit, we are hoping to return again in the next 3 months. Thank you all!
