Our Wow! Experience
It was our first time to check in at your hotel and we can say that this is something we can reminisce. We enjoyed the pool and the excellent food. The majority of staffs are very accommodating. We bumped with Jade from the lobby who took care of us while we are waiting to finish the check in process. She asked us if everything is okay with us, she offered us something to drink and eat and that was lovely. We were also assisted by the name Jason Cas from the buffet room who we admired because of his rapport which helps guests to be comfortable. Dhally has an exceptional customer service, too.
Kudos to your staffs.
