Service below zero
We have stayed at the hotel 3 weeks ago and have been charged 100 euro more by the mistake of the receptionist while checking out. 3 weeks have passed, and we have still received no refund. They don’t give comments by phone and require us writing letters, and then simply don’t reply! We are so furious about the situation and would recommend anyone to stay far from such a service. Just be aware no one would ever consider your complaint if you have a problem. We have started legal practice with our bank, and informed the hotel about it to avoid going further. Guess what? Still no reply! They just don’t care. What a shame.
