I stayed with my family at the Ozkaymak Falez hotel from 11 to 18 July 2018. Having trusted photos on the Internet and not delving into the reviews on different sites, I paid for 7 nights and went here with my wife and little daughter. On arrival, I was just horrified and realized that all the photos are a hoax.

The hotel is very old. In the bathroom there is black mold, rust and dirt everywhere. Sockets 220V are broken. Attaching photo.

The hotel is very dirty. In the room, in the hall, on the territory of everywhere there is dirt and unsanitary conditions. It is not cleaned properly.

This is not the first line, to the beach 1.5km walk !!! Or a shuttle in a tight minibus on schedule - no earlier than 9 and no later than 18. Dear owner of the hotel, did you yourself try to walk with a child at the age of 3 years at +38 to 1.5 km 4 times a day? First line???

The hotel staff is indifferent and does not solve the problems of the guests. No apologies, no help and no desire to solve the problem. Administrators and general manager Yusuf: "We can not move you, all the rooms are occupied, you have a great (!) Number. All our rooms are the same. " 3 days I asked to simply clean the mold in the bathroom - there is no result, it is still there. Do I have to do this on my vacation?

Please be vigilant - do not believe flattering reviews and descriptions on the hotel's website. Do not plan your vacation here.

This hotel is a shame of Turkey. I will never come back here again and I will not advise my friends.
