DEAR MANAGERS,

I sincerely ask you to prohibit to staff to talk near to the guest houses in case they are not able to talk in quiet non-screaming way. I'm sorry to be rude.

2 days ago I came back from the hotel after spending there hot 8 days (since 17 till 24 June).

The first stuff I must attract your attention to is a constant shout !!! Jesus!!! Seems staff cannot talk in the another way besides screaming. Especially it was annoyingly in the mornings while sleeping cause I daily got up super-early because behind the rooms doors which is definitely not sound-isolated was all the time the staff talking between them.

PREVENTION FOR GIRLS: please don't talk to staff besides receptionist (if needed). Because they will never unstick with you anyway.

ROOMS: there were 4 towels, 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel and 2 bath shauma in the bathroom. Also there is a TV (never turned on) and air condition which remote controller you can get on the reception leaving a deposit (cant tell you the price cause I didnt take it).

The cleeners were making up my room daily well enough (changed towels, took out the trash and made the bed) despite the fact I never gave tips.

FOOD: couldn't have a possibility to taste anything grilled cause of constant people queue. Generally food was absolutely usual. I advice you to taste a cream cheese (o breakfast).

SWIMMIMG: the hotel has an own access to great clean sandy beach. The way to the sea from the reception will take 2 minutes. Also there are 2 large swimming pools and 1 small pool for children. Therу were all the time vacant sunbeds, mattress cost 3 DT per day.

ENTERTAINMENT: there is an animation such as volleyball in the swimming pools and step-aerobic.In the evenings there are shows.

WI-FI: is available on the reception and was all the time pretty well while needed.

LOCATION: in 3 minutes of walking from the hotel there is a 4-floors supermarket Ali-Baba.

CONCLUSION: come here if you are an unfussy person and if you can to sleep well in noisily conditions.
