This hotel deserves 6 starts frankly speaking. Only one small issue is old rooms. But they will be renovated soon. We have no words to describe how fabulous is sea and beach there. Hossam, pool manager is number one. In the restaurant food is super tasty and various. We appreciate care of Ahmed, restaurant manager. Rooms are perfectly cleaned and any request is fulfilled by supervisor Suresh and his manager Mahmoud. Reception is well organized and helpful. All guys are just woooow. Special biggest thanks and hat off to guest relation Irina who professionally solves issues and takes a good care of her guests.
