Just returned from sunny Cyprus and I want to share my excitement with everybody....

Hotel is great, great location, beautiful gardens, bars and restaurants.

But what makes difference in this hotel is staff (not all but most)

There are some people who deserves big big bravo..

I want to thank Ioannis from alhoa bar HE IS GREAT. Always smiling, always helpful..He is the joy and great person..

Everyday greeting us asking how we are.He is always ready to make extra step for guests..he saw us struggling to open umbrella from far and immediately he run to help although there are life guards seating but not even bothered to come.

And he was not only with us like that but with every guest..

Another person who is everywhere with her great smile always is Sofia( guest relation)

She is great really great.., she is doing great job, she knows every guest and guest know her...any question you ask her she will answer... So if you will visit grand resort and have any problem any request you need any suggestions how to plan you day contact her

Some staff at reception needs training how to deal with guests...Except Miltos head receptionist he is great...

I want to mention aggelos the barman from aloha bar he is making great cocktails...

Although food quality is a bit low especially for kids...But still sofia took care of it..

But my friendly suggestion put some steamed items on buffet not everybody can eat fried and with sauce..especially for kids.
