If you do not give him money, then he can attack you. At least he will scold you, scream and threaten. Although in the beginning he behaves as normal. But this is not so. He is either sick or very bad.
You can not calmly return to the hotel in the evening. It's strange that for more than three months he's been bothering people, but the hotel administration has done nothing to protect guests from extortion. I already wrote to the police, but in the evening he goes on the route Apollo - MediaMarkt - Zadelmakerstraat - Lidl - Apollo. As you can see, he chose this hotel, so you can not avoid meeting him. In general, the Netherlands is quite a safe country, but not this place. I recommend to choose another hotel. Or remember the emergency number 112.
