The room with a full size bath, plenty of space and a great view was really excellent, one of the best that we have ever stayed in. On the minus side some of the staff were rather surly and need to smile more !!. The phrase ”ultra all inclusive” implies that everything was included but quite a few drinks weren't included (e.g. Bacardi, Bailey's and bottles of wine) and there should be a list of what cocktails are available (and what their constituents are). It would be helpful to have FULL SIZE paper napkins for breakfast and lunch, the ones that are currently supplied are almost useless!!.
