It was the worst place I've ever stayed
It was the worst place I've ever stayed. We had booked a double room for 2 days.
It turned out to be a hostel. It was very dirty, noisy and unpleasant. There were not any available room in Florence for that night, so we had to stay there. If you come to this hostel, first of all, youll meet the wretched building, the smoke-filled hall, and sticky countertop at the reception.
The hotel is not interested in customer service, it is only interested in money. Full payment is taken before check-in (in normal hotels you usually pay after check-out). The hostel managers refused to refund us the cost of the second night, despite the fact that we did not live there. During the check-out, nobody apologized to us; nobody tried to keep the client
I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone:
1) The service that does not care about customers should not be encouraged
2) Security is in question. There was the exit to the fire escape from the window. Anybody can climb on it and get into the room.
3) Cleaners do not cope with the sheathed and spat walls and floors
4) Breathing smoky air even inside the building is harmful to health
5) Very noisy it is impossible to sleep. You hear conversations of neighbors behind the wall, you hear the steps of people on the corridors, you hear screams from the street.
This place does not cost its money; I will not stay here for free.
