Dissatisfaction of staying at the hotel and the service level
I am absolutely dissatisfied with the staying at the "Tropical Princess" Hotel. The rain poured our clothes in the hotel's room No5127 the first day we stayed in.The buthtub was dirty, the handgrips were broken and the paint was peeled of the door. My wife was poisoned with the food on the beach party on Dec.31. We also left the new year party at the "Shanghai" restaurant because of the low level of service and of a bad quality of food. My complaints were ignored by the staff. The staff is too lazy.My claim in a written form was ignored by Mr.Frederico Espinal, the Head Manager of the hotel, nobody answered to my call +18096877788, i.e. I was not connected to Mr Espinal to speak to. Spoiled vacation at that hotel. Lost health. Wasted time and money.
