No hospitality at all
From the very begining we were approached by security with suspect and no sign of hospitality. We came from another hotel to visit my bro. First intention was to not let us enter the hotel at all (can you imagine such attitude to potential guest?)
"45 min in lobby area only" (honestly, it sounds like visit to prison).
Literally, manager on duty said to me: "It is my hotel and I will decide how long you can stay here!" In return, I mentioned that he was manager, not owner. - No, you cannot go to 2nd floor (even there is chill out area visibly detected from reception). To go further, you should pay 1 day price. I beleive, if you treat visitors with hospitality the same message could be delivered differently (e.g. "we can show you our hotel and if you'd like to stay we will ask you to pay..")
Guys, it written in thier rules: 45 min at lobby area and extension must be proved by manager on duty! Meaning, manager on duty has no other bothering duties except controlling vistors in lobby - but he failed even here. We stayed in lobby area about hour and left. There was literally noone at security point. After 15 min we left security called to my bro' room with the question: "where are your visitors?"
The whole communication with hotel staff creates the athmosphere of suspection, no hospitality or friendness.
P.S. on my feedback on Tripadvisor they answered I blackmailed them. I informed them from very beginning that such attitude to visitors is unacceptable and that I will share my feedback on sites. So that's what I do.
