This is a complaint to the hotel owner! I'm customer at your hotel the 2nd time! Last year everything was fine and i was happy about service and thats why i have chosen you again. This year i got nothing but rudeness! All over the world, there is respect and assistance to people with disabilities. In your hotel, your personal showed no respect to my sick daughter and her friends. We paid for the restaurant, but we were denied! Rum was ordered from Sweden, 2-rooms, but we were given 1 room and i had to pay on the place! Today from my room disappear makeup and parfym. What is going on, you lose your reputation very fast. I have no choice as to write bad review and warn other people. I must take up with journalist how you treat kids with disabilities.
A year ago I was delighted with your hotel. Unfortunately it just memories and bad aftertaste this years.
