We arrived before appartment allocation, so had to store our luggage in special room. During waiting one of our packages was taken to another appartment an we had to review camera recordings to find out who took our package Wasted about an hour on seeking along with lost nerves and mood, cus i wasn't noticing any big will to help us from personnel side.

Lots of children. Screaming, sliming everything, falling on the floor, eating ground etc.

Area 18+ not controlled. Often people trespassing that area, bringing children. On any comments about violation they are answering "we know, but everything occupied elsewhere; i need to put my child to sleep and it is loud elsewhere; so what?"

Hotel old. Despite recent reconstruction, you'll notice it.

Conditioners always faulting. Almost everyday towels lying underneath conditioners in lobby or canteen along with buckets and "caution, wet floor signs".

Lots of noise in apts. Seems thereare no silent numbers. On one side there are some vents array which is very loud, on other - musics which last approx. to 2 am. And i'm not mentioning always screaming cicades. They are going to sleep about 23:00.

Not european service. After being to few hotels where most people were europeans i can now feel the difference. Those who saying that Antaliya is populated by "russians" - it's really so. It's in their behavior. They don't pushing back chairs after having meal, eating watermellons near pools, smoking and breathing smoke into their own children faces. It's horrible to observe.

Lots of russians and screaming, sometimes drunk ukrainians. Seems they were even fighting, but it is not for sure.

Not quite delicious and diverse kitchen.

Shower cabin was leaking which caused a big puddle on the floor. We notified about incident and it was fixed.

Very dirty conditioners. Had to clean them myself, since dollar was taken but apt. Conditioner hadn't become much cleaner, even though the situation was described to room service in details.

Choice of drinks is not very diverse.

Sea is clean and warm. But the rocks on the bottom can hurt the legs. So either be careful or buy some shoes to protect feet.

Pool is not quite clear, though maintainers cleaning it every evening.

Lobby is quite clean.

In average, staff is quite pleasant and welcoming.

As summary i can't recommend this hotel and Antalia region in particular for such vacation

Also i wonder - why this hotel was renamed 3 times...

But, as always, you can come and try everything for yourself.
