ok i work in london as a health and saftey officer, im deaply sadned that ihave not been able to use the facilitys of the activerty pool, this is because the water is very cloudy to the stage that i can not even see my feet in the water. now cloudy water is due to faulty filters, inbalanced inproper chemicals,, poor water circulation and enviromenetal factors due to debris. inproper ph and clohrine levels is most common. when clohrine levels go this down it becomes inafective in killing bacteria and can lead to people getting very sick. also thier is no iron in a 5* hotel u are expected touse the same water bottle for 7 days which is also very disturbing. the lights in my room whent off twice for 10 min or so i have paid £3250 + my sister has paid a lot of money in room 6018 Mrs Deol i am in room 3206 Mr Baljit Bains i would like to be compinsated in some way as we have not been able to use the facilities you have advertised.
