Everything was great
The staff is great! Svetlana was very attentive - any problem we faced was solved without any delay. The only recommendation I can give to the administration is to be strict with those quests who do not respect the rule of dining not in a wet swimming suit but being dressed properly- this is a Luxury Resort, not a beach bar!!!! The argument "I have payed for everything and I have all rights to behave like that!!!" means absolutely nothing if we talk about manners and ethics. And the administration has right to be strict here!!!
The only disadvantage was the beach. The administration of nearby hotels must be very interested in their guests ' recommendations because the stones in the sea can and must be removed as quickly as possible , because kids , and even adults can get hurt and nobody will rake a responsibility for that, and the rest can be spoiled a lot.
The hotel territory is rather young and I hope next year it will be greener and full of joy for every person being there!
Animation team was professional enough and hard working , which is a big plus for the hotel too!
The restaurant is good- we were never hungry. It is different from, for example, Marco Polo hotel, where food was more various. Here, in Dosinia, the number of guests is not so big as in other hotels, because it is new. I would recommend more fruits and more creativity in meat menu.
In general, we had a good rest and fun in this hotel!
