If you want to have a rest chose another one
I would like to share my experience. I was a single traveler who planned to meet with friends in Camyuva for a weekend. I booked the hotel through official site in a package: tickets + transfer + hotel room. In fact only flight out of my package went smoothly. Transfer was not meeting me and when I eventually got to the hotel I was told that there is no booking on my name. After some a bit stressing talk I was given a room that was facing the wall. The overall result of my 2,5 days trip:
1. I was refused to get neither another room nor some reimbursement for the room category
2. Internet is impossible to use. One can connect but even browsing is a torture. I had an important call planned that I had to cancel because in my room there was no connection at all. I was offered to use the same limited access for the call from any other place that I can find myself.
3. Food: no fruits. Apples and oranges are only fruits you can hope for. After the rest of the food I had stomach pain. So be careful if you are sensitive to food. No juices. No normal coffee. Otherwise the selection is pretty big, but...
4. Transfer: I was offered an early transfer. too early for my flight. I asked to move my transfer several times. I was ready to pay but nobody was ready to help me with that. Taking into account that i had hardly 2,5 days in the hotel each hour was precious for me and I was left without internet and chance to solve the issue myself and without any help from reception. Taking into account that hotel claims to be 5* I would expect at least some service and respect to their clients. Smiling is not yet service.
