NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!

We have stayed in this hotel from 2 till 4 of February. In the first evening, all the cash we had was stolen from our room. There were no signs of break-in, which means that the door to the room was opened with the key. However, the hotel management was suspiciously neutral to the problem. The hotel concierge (he is also the senior manager) Bolyshev Boris said that he can not help us, that there are no cameras in the hotel and that there are no staff members in the hotel since 3 pm. The reception desk is located on the top floor, therefore all the rooms can be reached by the total strangers from the outside. Moreover, we think we know who could be the thief, however, the hotel management immediately stated that they won't cooperate in finding the thief. As for today, I've found several reviews with the same issues on different websites. You can check it yourself if you go to booking.com reviews (for example, the review posted by Mark, Israel, on 17.12.16).

НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ ЗАСЕЛЯЙТЕСЬ В ДАННЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ!

Проживали в этом отеле в период со 2 по 4 февраля, в первый же вечер из нашего номера украли все наличные деньги! Следы взлома отсутствуют, а это значит, что номер открыли ключом! Отель при этом подозрительно безучастен, консьерж, он же старший менеджер, Болышев Борис сказал, что ничем помочь не может, что камеры в отеле отсутствуют, а с 3 часов дня в отеле никого из работников не остается, кроме консьержа. Ресепшн располагается на самом верхнем этаже, соответственно все номера отеля находятся в свободном доступе для любого постороннего с улицы, о чем и заявляет сам отель! Более того, у нас есть подозрения, кто мог совершить кражу, однако отель сразу же заявил, что отказывается сотрудничать в поиске виновных. На сегодняшний день, на разных сайтах я обнаружила несколько отзывов на эту же тему. Вы можете убедиться в этом сами, пролестав ленту букинг ком (например от 17.12.16 Марк, Израиль).
