Raha Gold Residence 3*

We stayed at this hotel. I found lots of bedbugs' bites on my skin. But when we lifted the blanket up to check the mattress, we saw that it is pretty new and there is no any insects. A little later, my husband got the same bite marks. We decided to check red pillows on the wall those presented in almost every room of the hotel. And we were shocked!!! There was a huge amount of bugs. We went down to the reception to talk to manager. The woman from the Philippines was very helpful, but her administrator refused to help us. When he looked at these bugs he said it is just mosquitoes and it is imposible to relocate us because they don't have any available rooms ( It is a hottel chain. He said they have 5 hottels). In an hour we got a room in the neighbouring building Raha Grand Hotel. We couldn't sleep all night, we constantly itched. Disgusting! In the morning we were relocated again to the Raha Gold. We got another room, but there were bedbugs as well. After that they finally gave us a room without all those pillows, but it was an exception. By the way most of rooms don't have windows. We rent a bike from them and we left our passport as collateral. They couldn't find it to give back because they forgot that they sent it to another building.
